Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium/PEAK

I did it! I joined PEAK, Personalized Exercise Assessment Knowledge. My first session is Monday the 5th of January. I will get my assessment and then hear the "plan of attack" for better health for the rest of my life. (I will be 67 this Saturday) Guess it's about time I get started.

Then the hardest part of all. I had to go shopping for a swim suit!!!! Aaaaaackkkk!! Found some at Target and grabbed the least offensive. I told the sales girl I didn't want to scare anyone at the pool. She laughed. (At least I can still make people laugh)

So, since we are both now equipped for swimming, we are going to go for a dip before dinner.
